I'll follow through later. You're going to laugh. I'm at work and without getting up the only book I could consider near is... The SGML Implementation Guide by Travis Waldt (Which I actually have never opened before today) The 5th sentence on page 123 says.

"An SGML implementation project can be broken logically into the following phases:

1. Requirements evaluation and system selection
2. Design, development and testing
3. Implementation
4. Production"

Now I will put it back in the overhead bin to collect more dust....

All rightee then! A little bizarre, but what the hey. The closest book within reach (right next to my computer on my desk at home)

"His face, ordinarily a trusting blank surmounted by tousled yellow curls, is creased with worry."

From The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay
by Michael Chabon

I forgot to do this yesterday! Anyway, the fifth sentence on page 123 from Lance Parkin's AHistory is:

"Notably, he doesn't so much as comment that they've been redesigned - something that might be relevant to say, if one is evaluating the capabilities of the alien invaders that are besieging one's moonbase."
